  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Smoke 'N Sanity Thai Marinade
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 cup cabbage slaw
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Corn or gluten-free tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 1 lime, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Smoke N Sanity Thai Marinade and water. Stir well to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Mix sour cream with 1 tbsp of water and 1 tsp lime juice to get a thinner consistency for the crema. Set aside.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or wrap them in foil and heat in the oven until they become pliable.
  6. To assemble the tacos, place a scoop of the cabbage slaw onto each tortilla. Top with a few shrimp and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. Drizzle crema on top.
  7. Serve the Thai Shrimp Tacos immediately, and enjoy!
