I take a holistic psychosocial approach to health and nutrition. It's important to recognize that eating well and achieving good health is not just about food choices, but about the mindset, environment, and support systems that shape those choices. Sustainable wellness is built on motivation, self-efficacy, and being surrounded by the right people who encourage your goals. Without healthy thought patterns, mental resilience, and meaningful social support, even the best nutrition plans can feel overwhelming or out of reach. My approach focuses on identifying and reducing the social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive barriers that stand in the way of healthy living. I want to empower individuals to build healthier habits, cultivate a positive relationship with food, and feel supported in achieving long-term well-being.
