  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon SnS Salt, Pepper, and Essence of Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the garlic-infused olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and SnS Steakhouse seasoning. Whisk until well combined.
  2. Marinate the steak: Place the cubed steak in a shallow dish or a ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4.  Assemble the kabobs: Thread the marinated steak onto the skewers.
  5. Place the assembled kabobs on the preheated grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
